RUBRIC FOR INITIAL SCREENING
Diwan: Jurnal Bahasa dan Sastra Arab ensures that the initial screening, which is the stage that decides whether or not the paper will go to the review stage, is conducted objectively. Before the submission of the work, the Rubric for Initial Screening makes it possible for the Editor as well as the Author to undertake an evaluation of the work. Diwan employs this rubric to ensure that the initial screening process is carried out impartially and openly, hence removing any risk of prejudice or conflicts of interest.
