About the Journal
Al-Ma'arif Journal: Islamic Library and Information Science (Al-Ma'arif: IPII) is an open-access periodical publication, issued by the Undergraduate Program of Islamic Library and Information Science, Faculty of Adab and Humanities, UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. Al-Ma'arif Journal covers aspects relevant to the study of Islamic Library and Information Science and was established in 2021 with Vol 1, No 1.
All submitted manuscripts will be checked for similarity using Turnitin software to ensure the originality of the manuscript. This journal uses a double-blind review process, which means the identities of both the reviewers and the authors are concealed from each other during the review process.
To facilitate this, authors need to ensure that their manuscripts are prepared in a way that does not reveal their identities.
Al-Ma'arif Journal - IPII is licensed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License. Licensees may copy, distribute, display, and create derivative works only if they cite the published article.

Al-Ma'arif : Jurnal Ilmu Perpustakaan dan Informasi Islam is an open access journal published by the Islamic Library and Information Science Undergraduate Program, Faculty of Adab and Humanities, UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. This journal focuses on research related to Islamic library and information science studies. The scope of this journal includes library management, documentation, and archives; information technology; information literacy; collection development; preservation and conservation of library materials; bibliometrics; scientometrics; information analytics; artificial intelligence; Islamic library studies; Islamic information; and Qur'anic literacy. This scientific journal is published twice a year in June and December. The journal has an ISSN number: 2797-9393.
