This edition of Ukazh: Jurnal Ilmiah Mahasiswa Bahasa dan Sastra Arab presents the latest research findings in Arabic language and literature, reflecting the dynamics of interdisciplinary approaches. Pragmatics stands out as an analytical tool, demonstrating how language works to shape meaning and social relations in digital political discourse and modern Arabic literary narratives. Similarly, attention to the structure and rhetoric of language through Systemic Functional Linguistics and balāghah offers a broader understanding of strategies for constructing meaning and interpreting various types of Arabic texts. Meanwhile, literary studies remain relevant, guided by a critical reading of power relations and gender issues in contemporary Arabic literature. This further emphasizes Arabic literature's position as a space for negotiating values, ideologies, and social realities. All the articles in this edition reflect the broad spectrum of Arabic language and literature research, not only enriching theoretical development but also contributing practically to research, education, and critical reference for various Arabic linguistic and literary phenomena.

The editorial team gratefully acknowledges the valuable contributions of the authors who have shaped this edition. These five articles represent a scholarly collaboration among researchers from 5 institutions in 5 countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Morocco, Jordan, and Egypt), underscoring the growing international engagement in contemporary Arab studies.
