The method used in this research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method. provide descriptions and present research data that has been analyzed. The technical data collection in this research is descriptive and then manages it with analytical techniques which will be formulated in the form of words not numbers. The results of this study indicate that Zotero is a reference manager that can be used free of charge which makes it easier for writers to manage sources in writing and referrals. Zotero application is obtained free of charge which has the ability to detect the content available on a web page, and store it via a computer as a library.</p> Jendri Copyright (c) 2023 2023-06-16 2023-06-16 3 01 1 10 Pemanfaatan Layanan dan Sumber Daya Informasi Perpustakaan oleh Mahasiswa UIN Imam Bonjol Padang <p>This article discusses the use of library services and information sources among undergraduate students at the Imam Bonjol Padang State Islamic University, especially those with a specialization in Library Science. The specific objective is to determine the level of awareness, accessibility, and satisfaction derived from library services and information resources; reasons, reach and challenges of using library services and information resources by undergraduate students. This study used survey research and the instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire distributed to active Library Science students both S1 and D3 at the Adab Faculty using the slovin formula for determining the sample. Descriptive analysis of responses was carried out using tables, frequency calculations, simple percentages and using the Google form. The main findings are; that Library Science students use library services and information resources to update knowledge, study for exam preparation, research purposes, complete assignments etc.; Challenges in utilizing library services and information resources are the lack of awareness of library resources, the lack of guidance to direct users to the appropriate library resource section, the provision of electronic services that have not been maximized regarding library collections; and the lack of expert assistance in finding sources of information in the library prevents students from using several sources of information such as catalogs, journals, CD-ROMs and others. This modest study also found that some of the library's information resources were not fully utilized due to lack of awareness of the resources or they did not consider them important for their studies. Various contributions of researchers have succeeded in revealing innovations in the field of libraries, especially in the scope of Islamic religiosity. However, along with its development, research that is always being developed only focuses on a few objects, including research that focuses on Islamic institutions and on general matters such as benefits, services, and the like. This study aims to reveal research trends that have developed from 1985 to 2023 to obtain results in the form of an overview and visualization of research results related to Islamic Libraries. The method used is Quantitative with Bibliometric analysis. The results show that, the researcher obtained 970 items as Meta Data obtained from the Publish Or Perish application, then extracted using Microsoft Excel and analyzing the Vosvewers Application, the picture obtained, Islamic literature needs special attention especially on Gap and Novelty, considering that there are so many studies which only focuses on benefits, services, qualitative methods, links with the world of education such as Madrasas, Islamic Boarding Schools, High Schools to Islamic Universities such as UIN, IAIN, and STAI. This study aims to see the quality of library services on user satisfaction. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The service quality of the STAIPIQ West Sumatra library refers to the needs of users and user satisfaction. Therefore, good service is a service that can meet the needs and expectations of users, so a good library is a library that can provide services to users quickly and precisely, there are several factors that can improve the quality and satisfaction of service users at an institution, namely: organizational goals, incentive systems used, accountability systems and power structures, as an institution that carries out service activities, the library is obliged to constantly improve the quality of its services so that it can meet the needs of users. Service quality is a comparison between the expectations of service users and the quality of performance. services, in other words that the main factor influencing service quality is the performance of employees whose results are felt by service users, while the quality of service performance is the main activity carried out by a service institution. The bunghatta service is a service in the library which is the hallmark of the library because it has a collection room related to bunghattaan and BAM. There are several problems with this service, namely the lack of interest in visiting users. This is caused by several factors, namely the lack of human resources on duty at the library, the service room is not well maintained, the lack of available information technology, and the lack of promotion. Several of these causal factors have occurred since the occurrence of the Covid-19 Pandemic until now and librarians still have not found alternative repairs or updates to overcome this problem. This study aims to determine the role of librarians in increasing school children's literacy through the Mobile Library service at the Padang City Library Service. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Selection of the Specific Program is carried out after students have completed semester IV with several prerequisites that must be met. The application of the decision to select the Specific Program using the Naive Bayes method can simplify the administrative process of submitting PK from students and the resulting recommendation accuracy is above 82.1%. Introducing some of the ethics that librarians, especially Muslim librarians, must have to provide excellent service to their users, and also to demonstrate the importance of skills in managing an efficient relationship between librarians and users. This article explains the value of trust and humility through studying some relevant verses from the Quran and Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad as well as the sayings of the Imam. Results: This article shows that the two issues discussed have common value in library and information science with an emphasis on Islamic aspects. The newly developed Islamic library and information code of conduct and the proposed method of implementation can be utilized by organizations to their advantage. Basically a machine can think for itself to do a task. Through artificial intelligence machines can perform complex or simple tasks with greater efficiency and higher speed than humans. AI is developing rapidly in the health sector, especially in treatment management and diagnosis. AI has created the sensation of artificial intelligence that goes beyond human tasks and abilities. Research results suggest that in the future, AI can support human judgment, aid in clinical decision-making, and improve treatment efficiency. The growth of AI in healthcare is related to the complexity of modern medicine, which requires vast amounts of information to analyze, and there is also a limited number of doctors to meet that need with human intelligence. Baiturrahmah University (UNBRAH) as one of the tertiary institutions engaged in the health sector and has the Siti Rahma Islamic Hospital and Dental and Oral Special Hospital, should have become a health information center for the community, especially for its library. The UNBRAH Library as a public service institution must provide excellent community services without differentiating one another.
